Daun Whittaker, LCSW, ThD, CPRP

I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. I provide solutions centered therapy and use techniques such as reframing and cognitive restructuring to help people reach their goals and develop healthy coping strategies and perspectives.

I have nearly 20 years experience working with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges, including life transitions, depression, anxiety, marriage and relationship concerns and family issues goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore what is happening in your life and work toward meaningful change. From our first conversation, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, respected, and understood.

I believe that every person is unique, and counseling should never be a one-size-fits-all experience. I take an individualized approach to understanding your story, your needs, and your goals. I am committed to walking alongside you, offering compassionate support, practical tools, and professional guidance as you work toward greater peace, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling life.

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I would be privileged to walk alongside you as you discover new possibilities and work toward the life you want to live.
